Jill Scott's character is Precious Ramotswe, the CEO of the number 1 rated, and only, female-owned detective agency in Botswana. Ramotswe investigates cases and helps people solve problems in their lives.
'The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency' is based on Alexander McCall Smith's book series.
