Wet Spotlight: Young Christopher Wallace

The charming and cute, Christopher "CJ" Wallace Jr. spoke, in a recent interview about his upcoming role in the featured film, NOTORIOUS. He enjoyed his first acting role, as it was a natural task for him. CJ said, "I've never acted in a movie before and it feels like I've done it before because I'm really good at it". CJ also mentioned that his father, the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. would be surprised that a biopic has been made about him. He says his father would exclaim, "They're doing a movie about me?!" He is happy to have contributed to the great project by playing his father as a young boy growing up in Brooklyn, New York. Though CJ has the disadvantage of learning about his father's legacy through other's memories, he told InterviewMagazine.com that he had a lot of help, from a reliable source.

"Well, my mom told me some stuff that he used to do, like how he rubbed his nose sometimes. And then I got some of my character's scenes like six or seven months before we actually shot the film, so I went over that stuff a lot. I was really ready."

CJ has been busy at work as he will also be featured on the movie's soundtrack. The 1995 hit "One More Chance", by the Notorious B.I.G., is being remixed with vocals from 12-year-old CJ. The legacy lives on!!

The soundtrack will also include many of the Notorious B.I.G.'s classics, as well as the lead single by Jay-Z and rocker Santogold - “Brooklyn Go Hard".
